- Is this a live terminal-status feed?
- No. This page is a reviewed directory of official terminal sources. Use the linked terminal pages and portals to verify current gate hours, empty-return acceptance, vessel schedules, receiving windows, and appointments.
- What should I verify before sending a driver to the terminal?
- Confirm that the container is available and released, all holds are cleared, the appointment is valid, the terminal is accepting the transaction, the required chassis or equipment is available, and the receiving location is ready.
- Does “container available” mean it can be picked up?
- Not always. A container may be discharged but still have a customs, government-agency, steamship-line, freight, documentation, or terminal hold. Availability, release status, holds, appointment eligibility, and last free day should be checked separately.
- Where should I check empty-container returns?
- Use the terminal's current empty-return notice or portal. Confirm the steamship line, container size and type, return location, and applicable date or shift. An empty may be directed to a different terminal or depot than the import pickup location.
- Why can terminal gate hours change?
- Gate schedules can change because of holidays, weather, labor conditions, vessel volume, congestion, or added and cancelled gate hours. Recheck the terminal's official notice before the truck departs.
- Does a vessel's arrival mean the container is ready?
- No. Vessel ETA, berth arrival, discharge, terminal availability, carrier release, and customs release are separate events. A container is ready only after the required discharge and release conditions are complete.
- Where do I check export receiving windows?
- Use the terminal's official vessel or receiving schedule. Confirm the vessel, voyage, container type, cutoff, and whether the terminal is currently receiving that export before dispatch.
- What should I do when two sources conflict?
- Use the newest move-specific information from the terminal portal or official notice. If the conflict affects pickup, return, receiving, or an appointment, resolve it before sending the truck.
