- Send the move through the quote engine or the rates desk: terminal or ramp, delivery ZIP, container type, estimated availability date, and any specialized needs. A dispatcher confirms your quote within 20 minutes, 7am to 7pm ET weekdays.
- What if my warehouse can't take the container before free time runs out?
- We pre-pull it: the box comes out of the terminal before the last free day, waits in a secured near-port yard, and delivers when your dock is ready. Dispatch shows you the yard-versus-demurrage comparison before you approve it.
