- Send the move through the quote engine or the rates desk: terminal or ramp, delivery ZIP, container type, estimated availability date, and any specialized needs. The rates desk reviews your request and confirms final pricing.
- What if my warehouse can't take the container before free time runs out?
- We can pre-pull to a secured near-port yard and deliver when your dock is ready. Dispatch compares storage and demurrage costs before you approve.
- Do I get tracking?
- Yes. The customer portal shows shipment milestones, holds, last free day, documents, and per-diem risk.
